Wholesale Customers
On-line Ordering is Live! : If you have a resale certificate on file with us, you can now place your orders on-line. This ordering system will not ask you for credit card or other payment information, as we already have this information in our order management system. To place an order, you need to login on the Products page. Use the same UserId and Password that you use to download our catalog.
The on-line ordering system will send you an e-mail summary of your order, but you will still continue to receive an invoice when we deliver your order. The amount on the invoice we send with your order will be the amount due.

Ordering
Fax or call in orders between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm central time, Monday through Friday. On-line orders can be placed 24 hours per day but will be processed during our daytime business hours. Always call to confirm faxes with our office customer service or leave a message on voicemail. If confirmation not received we cannot be responsible for shipping expenses.
Add-ons
Add-ons are always welcome! You can leave a message on our voice mail or fax us until 4:00am central, the morning of your delivery.
Returns
Inform your salesperson or call the office within 24 hours with shortages, defective merchandise or items ordered wrong, (please do not price items ordered wrong).
Credits will be issued after merchandise is returned.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Pick Ups
Please schedule pickups by 12 noon central time, Monday through Friday.
Cash and carry orders are welcome, ($50.00 minimum). Your order can be phoned in ahead or placed when you arrive.
Delivery
All deliveries are f.o.b., please call 815.609.0888 for a shipping quote.
Payment
On-line orders must be paid at the time you place your order by MasterCard, Visa,or Discover. You can mail orders to Diaz Rock & Pet Supply, Inc. 23907 West Industrial Drive N., Plainfield, IL 60544. Use certified check, money order or personal check. There is a $50.00 fee for returned checks. For your own protection, do not send cash.

Natura Foods
We distribute Natura Foods in Wisconsin only. This includes California Natural, Innova, Healthwise, and Everyone's Best Friend products.
Other Considerations
Our Web site provides you with the opportunity to "see" what you are buying. You should be aware, however that the colors shown may not be exact. In some cases the product image may be representative of what the actual product will look like, but will not be an image of the actual product.
