Ordering
We only accept orders through our on-line ordering system from our retail (non-wholesale) customers. Please see the detailed instructions for using our on-line ordering system.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from our on-line store. We will allow you to return merchandise in an un-used condition up to 10 calendar days after the date of sale. There will be a $5 restocking fee for returned items.

Delivery
- Orders will ship within 1-3 business days after we receive your order.

- We use UPS to ship our merchandise and you can typically expect to receive your order within 1-3 days after we have shipped it via UPS.

- We charge shipping on all items. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items that you purchase and the location they are delivered to. Our web site uses the most current UPS on-line shipping calculator to calculate the costs, and we do not mark up the shipping costs.

Payment
On-line orders must be paid at the time you place your order by MasterCard or Visa.

Natura Foods
We distribute Natura Foods in Wisconsin only. This includes California Natural, Innova, Healthwise, and Everyone's Best Friend products.


Other Considerations
Our Web site provides you with the opportunity to "see" what you are buying. You should be aware, however that the colors shown may not be exact. In some cases the product image may be representative of what the actual product will look like, but will not be an image of the actual product.
