Browser Settings
In order to use the shopping cart, you need to have Cookies enabled on your browser. Cookies should be enabled by default but if they are not, please turn them on.
What is a browser Cookie? Basically a small file is written to the hard drive of your PC to store information used by the On-line Ordering system. Your privacy is important to us and the information stored in the Cookie lets us know that you have logged in. You may also, at your option, store your customer shipping information in this Cookie. No financial information is stored.
Firewalls
The On-line Ordering system should operate correctly if accessed from behind a firewall. The only exception is if you are running software that blocks Cookies. If you are, you will need to temporarily allow Cookies to be written in order to use our system.
Using the System
We have tried to make the system as intuitive as possible. If you have ever bought anything on-line, you should have no problem with our system. If you have not ordered on-line before, here are the steps to follow:
1. Login to the system on the Products page. If you do not login, you can still browse the catalog but you will not be able to place an order.
2. After login, browse the catalog and select the products you want to purchase. You can browse by department or choose to view the entire catalog.
3. When you find a product you want to add to your order, put in the quantity you want and then click on the "add to cart" button. This will update your cart and show you what you have ordered.
4. To continue ordering, click on the "continue shopping" link on the cart page and you will be returned to your location in the catalog
Note: You can return to the cart at any time by clicking on the checkout button on the left hand side of the screen or anywhere else that the checkout button appears.
5. When you are ready to finalize your order, go to the cart page by clicking on a checkout button and then click on the checkout button at the bottom of the cart page.
6. You will be asked to enter your customer information. You only need to do this once provided you check the "remember me" box (this is when the Cookie will store your information).
Note: If you do not have an e-mail address, use support@diazrock.com so that you can complete the order. So that you can receive your order confirmation in the future, please get an e-mail address. You can get free e-mail from Yahoo!, Hotmail and other websites.
7. You will then be given a chance to review your order. If it is correct, please click on the checkout button at the bottom of the page.
If your order needs to be changed, you can adjust it by clicking on the checkout button on the left hand side of the screen. On the cart page, you can delete items or adjust the quantity for an item.
If you want to add to your order, click on the Products tab, use the menu system on the left side of the page or click on "continue shopping".
8. After clicking on the final checkout button, you will see a confirmation of your order displayed on the screen.
